Is it normal for O2 branded FW to be released before the other UK networks? |

From memory, Orange normally take a bit longer than everyone else. They like to take the release, then modify it beyond all recognition to suit their own criteria. Don't know if we'll get it today.
I'm tempted to debrand just so I can have flash icons |

Strange results for java tests!
Let's just hope for a more stable phone, there's time to improve camera and jvm, in my opinion. |

Come on Orange Uk get your act together, i wanna see this update and at least get my large clock back
So sorry to tell you, but usually Orange is the last network which approve the new firmware. It could take weeks until they approve it and you could download it via SEUS.
It worth unbranding it. |

Likewise, I think I may well debrand from Vodafone's software efforts. I was going to wait, but can't see why I should really? |

Do you mean total reset/hard reset? Yup tried that once..will try again. And someone said that one can try to take out the battery for at least 30 min. but that was for another issue i had. Getting desperate here. .( |

If you get the 'Operation Failed' error, you will probably have to get your phone reflashed. Good to know the new firmwares out...can't wait until I get my K850 back. |
