Are you using iSync with Address book or are you using Entourage? There are several apps that help with this. What I did to the first time was to delete every address in my phone. I sync 3 phones and an iPod. MAKE a copy of your addresses. Now, once you delete them, reset the devices from iSync and it should put everything proper. Make sure things are set the way you want in Address book first before you perform the sync/reset.

Python clues in BlueNotes? otherwise seems impossible.
Also, seeing inside the sys folders of T610, try building the "OBEXSample", app in "/developer/examples/Bluetooth/ObexSample" (assuming you've the DevSDK installed - don't we all?), and get folder contents rather than retreeving files by using obex get - and enter "/" - don't forget to set your packet size at 163204, so as not to stall the Xfer with packet breach.
This is the ONLY way in the entire world I seem to be able to VIEW the invisible files, and that's interlaced with hex garbage.
I'm just trying to replace the GiFs' with transparent ones to remove that bloody Vodafone Logo!!

Hello everyone,
I bought my V600 (my first, but not last Sony Ericsson) based on the fact that it was on the iSync list. I have downloaded Phone Agent and hope to get it all set up this weekend. I never thought that I would find something that would offer me more than the limited options of iSync.

hello everyody i have a k500i and i' m trying tu upload an mp3 on it using the IR port and this software called c-beam that's used for a device called a c-pen, so far i have been able to upload the file to the phone but it shows up as a .bin file not an mp3 any thoughts, comments, solutions would be apreciated, thanks., oh yea, i'm runing os 9.2.2 on a powerbook pismo |

you mac guys are funny 
You have pages and pages of problems connecting to the mac, but manage to blame other things, but when people have problems with windows, it's windows fault!
I agree windows in the hands of a novice is scary, but I've seen those same novices stuff up mac's too. The real problem with most of this stuff is poorly written vendor software and drivers, the os itself isn't the core problem.
If I was one of those users who always has problems with windows I'd get a mac, but I don't have all the problems that you guys ascribe to "windows", and many people I know who aren't techies don't have problems either. I work on people's computers everyday, and I can tell you for a fact that certain classes of people aren't very good at managing computers. These types of people are definitely better on a mac, because a mac protects the system more against inappropriate user actions.
That doesn't make mac better, it just means people who can't stop themselves downloading everything that pops up or poking into things they don't understand are better off on a mac. For the same reason some people are better off in a volvo (it's not better than a BMW in performance or reliability, but it is designed to protect the occupant better than any car on the road).
That said, I fully understand and support this thread, it is an excellent idea. I'm keen to try some of the mac apps for SE myself.
I just couldn't help saying something about this whole stupid windows/mac argument. Pure linux fans would laugh at all of us

I install 1 free av program, 1 free firewall, 1 free spyware checker. I don't have problems with dll's, that went out with win95, seriously. I don't get spyware, because I have sensible security settings, and I don't download dodgy software or open dodgy emails, the two most common sources of spyware and viruses, regardless of OS.
The 20 windows offices I do regular maintenence for DON'T get viruses or spyware, and don't crash all the time. I know because they call me when they get problems, and they don't call that often. The 200 machine LAN I ran for four years didn't crash all the time either. That network had 5% mac's, and they had no different crash rate on average than the windows machines.
I'm not a windows guy, I like os's period. Windows has it's place as does mac. That's why I think it's funny, because you can't seem to understand it is not about os's but about people. Any os can be set up to run stable and well; it is combination of users, poorly written software or poorly written drivers that screw it up ultimately.
I've seen many mac techs completely fail to understand what's required to make a windows system run well; is that microsoft's failing, or their own?
Sorry, I know this thread is about SE products with MAC os, but everyone keeps bringing up windows so I'm just adding my two cents worth..... |

lf there are any SE phones still unsupported by iSync, i can probably get them to work, you just need to tell me the model number and i'll have a hack at it. |

No arguments here on my part. Just stating facts.
Mac's are much more friendly when it comes to BT and WiFi. Anyway, the next version of Mac OS will probably use Sync ML so there should be no problems with syncing anymore. I sync will go away.

yes they are more friendly I give you that. I just don't believe windows is the showkiller a lot of mac guys thing it is 
But I l'd love a G5 dual processor, no doubt about it (I'd run linux over mac).

I agree with you there. Mac users tend to be fanatical about their Mac's.
I want a G5, but I do love my PowerBook 15 inch. I have to say, and to be honest, there is no Windoze PC that I have seen to date that would make me want to change back. I also love the fact that I do not have to run an anti-virus (process sucking) application.
I think that Mac is the middle ground between bloatware Windows and minimalist Linux. Sort of Unix for the common man.
