1- The Chinese version of this FW is out ?? (hey I am not chinese but my K850 is black market from there)
2-Is the battery life fine like the 037 or bad like the 038?
3-Auto-rotate and media player are faster?
4-Video Rec is better or still poor in video bitrate?

It is faster, but don't expect it to be as fast as the K800i/K810.
The only significant speed improvement is in the media player. |

I doubt it, as the K850i and W910i have received their updates at exactly the same time, and the Vodafone update doesn't appear to be there for the W910i yet (I just checked).
The updates to the K850i sound the same as the updates to the W910i. Another listed update to the W910i was that "HSDPA" is now an option in Connectivity > Mobile Networks > GSM/3G networks. This could be on the K850i too?
Correct, it is on the K850i too now. Just checked it.
You can choose between:
-GSM and 3G
-Only GSM
