Stategy announcments usually means no new phones to be announced. Instead you will hear them talk about what they plan to announce in 4 or 5 months.

Plus, there aren't many "rumors," per se...we have live shots of BeiBei whereas with Paris we have next to nothing.

Hopefully something will be announced today. I was confident yesterday but now that it's zero hour, I feel like it could go either way--probably just a defense mechanism.

It would be nice to at least have one live shot of Paris as a teaser if SE decides not to go for a full-blown announcement.

its also possible that is just waiting for the strategy and/or development announcements for UIQ before they present the models (that were actually ready for announcement way back in October '07 as what mizzle has posted)
