when you say backup the phone,what do you actually do, my pics and stuff are on the memory card when i eventually update do i need to backupcontacts whcih are in the phone memory? |

Using SE Pc Suite backing up backs up contacts, notes, calender etc. Its handy if you lose the phone or if your not sure where your contacts are saved too.

So how come that other person said that he was a uk unbranded blue k850 and he had an update whereas im the same and i cant find update
yet im using the one on the phone to try update it over the airwaves!

Over the air is an expensive way to do it!. I cant answer your question but just try SEUS next time your at a pc.

SEUS servers and FOTA servers are not updated with the new firmware in the same time. FOTA it will have the new firmware probably in a couple of days or maybe next week. |
