I thought everyone (including Mizzle and the other experts) said that R1EA031 was a test fw and not the BIG release we have been waiting for ...

Well... I hope this (R1EA031) is not the big one, cause then alot will be disappointed.

The update just finished. It is an improvement, but not as much as you would have expected after such a long time.
It does improve the overall speed of the phone, especially when using the media player. But the phone is still sluggish when the media player is running in the background, only slighly less than the previous FW.
I had 037 before, so im just looking at the improvements over that firmware.
Improvements:
- Phone is faster
- Media Player is alot faster!
- Equalizer bug fixed
- New animations browsing the photo album
- Key Response option
Negative:
- Still not as fast as the K800
- Still sluggish when media player is running in the background.
- DS970/980 bugs still exist
- There are no new icons, no new themes, no new games, no face recognition, whatsoever.
