Uninstall SEUS, and then simply re-install SEUS. It will run smoothly afterwards. Good luck. |

As I understand from the picture in your message you're trying to run SEUS on Vista: bad luck for you (as for me too!). According to SE there is no vista release of SEUS. There will be one in about September 07!
So, either be patient or try it with XP...
But I still wonder, why the .... don't they put KG on FOTA! |

Via wotanserver, yes! But some keypads won't light up. That ruins the beauty of the phone. |

Just updated my recently fixed K800i to R1KG001 and noticed that pictures in highest res and fine quality take a lot longer to save than R1GB which I was running on my previous K800i
Anyone else found this, or does my phone have a bug?

With the date/time stamp activated yes, it takes longer to save a picture, around 4-5 seconds compared to with date/time deactivated, which is just 1-2 seconds although you choose Fine Picture Quality. |

Personally I prefer K800i original firmware. But it's all up to you to flash it with K810i firmware. |

Seems that newer SEUS is smarter than old one. When I connect my K800 the computer complain that unrecognised USB device but SEUS said to release the c button and my k800 is recognised anyway.
I think SE need to update the USB flash driver. I always plug in the USB cable to different USB port and it cause the computer to complain about unrecognized USB device even though I have installed the flash driver before.
However still no R1K on SEUS for APAC. |

As mentioned uninstall SEUS. It took me a while to get this to work under Vista, but it does. Right click on the installer exe file and use XP SP2 compatibility. Then run as admin to install. You also need to grant java admin rights in order for this to work correctly. Run SEUS, then check the background processes running to see the java file which is run with it (javaws.exe or something like that). Close SEUS, find that java file on your system, right click, properties, compatibility, and select run as admin.
Then try SEUS. It should work. |

Might be something wrong with your Windows XP as I did a fresh install of XP on my desktop and I only had to install SEUS software. After that I tried to plug my K800 to all 6 USB ports and the driver loaded automatically. |

Just wonder why R1KG001 is never released for APAC...it's very weird as whenever SEUS releases a new firmware, APAC is always among the first... |

Hm, could be. It does not always happen but most of the time. Anyway I always use bluetooth to transfer/sync anyway soI don't really mind about this. |

hi,would somebody please be so kind and help me with my problem?????????any replies would be appreciated...
after updating my k800 to R1JG001,two annoying problems f***d my phone(really annoying,terrible,horrible,death...)
the first one i noticed was weak signal strength, unablility to access to network, easy : everyone calls my phone a piece of garbage...here is the topic i wrote about this problem : http://www.esato.com/board/vi[....]ic=144794&start=15#post1992248 .........read it please and i'd be really thankful to have your kind posts there..
the other one is even worse, the mic doesn't record any sound, either in sound recorder and in video recording,i mean the recorded sounds are just silent and the recorded videos are as mute...this is not a hardware problem cause mic works well on ongoing calls or voice dialing...: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=145405#post1960451
i'm sure this is a firmware problem coz i never experienced these problem before updating my phone, but the bad thing is that i'm the only one with these problems and this makes me........................
please buddies,i need help...thank you all
