Firmwares don't make phones explode. Faults in the battery manufacturing process can cause this but still, it's a millions to one shot of it actually happening to you.

Can someone that has the new firmware shed some light as to how they acquired it if it's not on EMMA, and at what stage this firmware is (beta, test, final, etc) |

I too love this new news of R1EA031 firmware photos ... but as Mizzle stated it looks to be early development. That dungeon photo test was classic ... I noticed a purse there ... who says geeky girls aren't messy 
Seriously though its awesome that development has been underway while we where all whining. I just get this feeling 2 days before its officially available on SEUS that Mizzle is going to upload a photo taken from his phone with the new firmware to Esato and post in the forums.
Just as a "here go my friends!" hehe.
That would be awesome, subtle, professional - in an Incognito way.
41 more days till I own one of these beauties. I'm just glad that the new phones announced is not a better looking phone than the K850i (Xperia excluded).

uhmm im kinda new to this. uhmm can i ask on how to install the firmware? i mean i do know how to update through SEUS but i want my firmware to be R8BF003.
The firmware in SEUS is R1KG001.
uhmm where can i download the flasher for phone? |

Have just re-read all todays posts and unless im missing something the guy with the new firmware didnt seem overly excited by it, no mention of the supposed new features , main thing he said was it was faster and the pics on that site are far poorer than ones posted on here.
Doesnt sound too much like a BIG fix , just being faster isnt what Im hoping for. |
