QVGA 15fps is highly unlikely for the g900/c902.
Those are the pioneer handsets of a premiering series by 
I believe mr dicky placed interesting and innovative features in those two handsets to create stir and noise (positive one) as it is a new series/line up.
if not VGA, at least CIF resolution 30 fps will do.
