 Well, thank you very much you clueless little muppet. I sometimes really wonder about what goes on in these major corporations. Do they have ANY clue about anything? Do they have the faintest idea about customer service at all?

 | SE customer(we don't)care center told me that they have no new notes about the firmware is delayed. At their end it still says- "firmware release in week 6" That goes to prove how "good" they work and communicate amongst eachother. I told the guy to make some questions onwards. Guess i'll be calling them back tomorrow at the latest. Grrrrr!!

 In most businesses it makes sense to inform the client what the situation is.  Tell them that there is a problem and the new software/development will be ready in a month or is due whenever but may slip but let them know something.
 
 If s/e made some sort of public announcement they would pacify alot of people or at the very least manage the expectation

 | It seem like the SE (we don't)care centres sits on the same old info: The firmware will be released week 6. I say mail them, call them and aks where's the firmware?? If the say they don't know then do what i did- ask them to find out! Put some leverage on SE now because it's very called for!
