I've been able to get on because the office has been quiet with people taking leave for Christmas - including my boss who sits behind me!

i've explained the geography of my office before - my desk is situated across the way from my boss's office in such a way that she can see my PC screen.

@gelfen - Whaaaat  so that your BOSS can see your PC screen, what for :
1. The Company is in the RED and into cost-cutting, sharing office's 'furnitures and fixtures' . .
2. Your BOSS is copying your - work
3. He likes ESATO, but just cannot access from his' - 'firewall' issue etc.
4. He is a 'near-sighted' type of fella . . .

That was the only available desk when i moved back up to the second floor of my workplace. And my boss is a SHE.
Picked up a few good post Christmas bargains the part couple of days, and had to drop my car off at the chop shop this morning. At least I'll be away on my honeymoon from Tuesday (the 4th).
