Anyone else having problems when you click internet and go to type in the search box that the screen goes blank and the phone restarts? |

The service menu can be accessed from standby, by pressing dpad right, *, dpad left, dpad left, *, dpad left, *. Check your software info.
The CDF must be 8 numbers separated with -, e.g. 1208-6181.
Otherwise, SEUS will always reject it.
It is true that many service centers just flash the phone without considering this CDF. Indeed, the phone works, yet SEUS always rejects it.
Most troublesome phone has CDF 12345678. Format wise, it is incorrect.
To solve it just pay at http://www.davinciteam.com or http://www.kulankendi.com and change CDF and flash the phone with the latest firmware. SEUS will be 'friendly' again afterwards.
Personally, I suggest KulanKendi, as I have tested it myself, pick up R3DA028 CHINA.min and R3DA028 APAC-ANZ.fsm, change CDA (or CDF) to 1208-6181. I guarantee this one is SEUS-friendly. As a note, it is Generic Indonesia. If you just need English, it doesn't matter, does it?
Indeed, some branded phones do not get updates as soon as non branded ones. However, with the correct branded CDF, SEUS will always say 'Continue anyway' and you will be able to reinstall the firmware again although it may be the same version. See, my guess is correct.
Your CDA is wrong for A200 platform.
Your CDA/CDF does not follow the rule released by SEMC.
CDA 12345678 is wrong CDA.
SEUS will never update your phone. Really sorry for that.

- Run KK SE Client

- Click Download.
- Download C902 R3DA028 CHINA MAIN.min and C902 R3DA028 FS APAC ANZ.fsm
- Go to A2 tab
- open File, Main and FS. They are located in FlashFiles folder
- Tick all option includ. finalisation, reset call timer, etc.
- change CDA to 1208-6181
- flash phone
- hold C
- let it flashed
- take out battery, insert again, power on.
- please wait..it may be 5-10 mins.
- Run SEUS
- reinstall the firmware again if you wish. |

I updated my C902 to R3DA028. I found one bug. Shortcut hey couldn't be switched after checking for new software/firmare on the internet in menu/settings/generally/Update software/found new software |

Anyone got a problem with Memory Card on their C902? because I do. I tried every variant of coping mp3s to my mem. card from Media Manager, Mass Storage to using m2 mem. card adapter which I put on my card reader. Everytime I do that and put my card in the slot and turn on my phone I get that message: Memory card incorrectly formated, ect... and if I press YES everything gets deleted and if NO they stay... (but no matter how many times I fragmented card on this way I always get it when I turn the phone on.
Also I get sometimes, mostly just at the beggining that all files or some of them get deleted or just didn't copy to the card even though I've seen them get copied on my pc, and sometimes my mp3s get bugged (like only half of the song is played and it doesn't play anymore and if I don't turn to next song the phone freezes and restarts). When this happens, most of the times I get an empty mem. card. Any help? |

I had this problem. In the end I just typed in google.co.uk, searched for opera mini, installed that and used it instead.
Running R3DA028 now with no problems. |

Hi to everybody ^^ I'm a new user..
I bought this fantastic phone, but i've a problem..
I've the Swift Black coloration.
Before the upgrade the color of media menù was only blue (middle line and small spheres).
I upgraded to R3DA028 by SEUS and there's a problem..
In the second level (and later sublevel) of Media menù, the middle line is red, the small spheres are blue..
All of the rest of media menù is grey! middle line and spheres..
Who can illuminate me?
