to contradict yourself would suggest the latter.

Any reason why you're so knowledgeable?

Asoluetely incorrect. I have not contradicted myself at all - you simply do not understand that all phones, even of the same model, are different.

We all know that the majority of mobile phones have a 10m Bluetooth range. This is only a stated specification that the manufacturers try to meet. However, some phones have slightly further range, some slightly less. It depends on the quality and orientation of the Bluetooth aerial and circuitry inside the phone.

Im knowledgable about matters concerning Bluetooth because i've studied Bluetooth, conducted trial and error tests, and with help from an American friend who knows more about radio communication than anyone else i know has informed me of the facts. Shes actually an Esato member too. Her name is Blexcroid, PM her anytime you like (if shes still around) for a lesson. She works for NASA.

Nope, as I said, I didn't conjure up anything, I actually did it, which is much more substantial than spouting rhetoric passed off as fact.

And, as i have already said, you were probably lucky to find your phones Bluetooth sweetspot. Im not doubting that you did not manage what you claim (ive demonstrated that i were once lucky too), but i do doubt that you could repeat it in other various environments with other various Bluetooth devices a significant number of times to prove your point.

This is all very interesting (actually it really is) but nonetheless you have now decided that the range of a BT phone is no longer 10m (as in your previous post) but can be increased to 30m. Your credibility is disappearing...

Not at all, i really do not see how. I never said that a 10m range phone actually had a range of 30m-50m, if you fully read and understand, which im sure you did not (it appears to have completely gone over your head) that sometimes we all get a little lucky with Bluetooth and that you do have success further than your phones standard range.

I absolutely agree, which is why I don't BS and claim to know things and pass them off as fact when in fact I don't.

But you continue to do so, with your own uninformed view. Its a well known fact within the industry that Bluetooth relies on two way communication. You're disputing that - now who's credibility is looking dubious ?
