Good advice there Brix. I'm feeling very stressed at the moment, I'm doing my final placement before qualifying (ironically) as a psychiatric nurse! My mentor on this placement's a nightmare and I'm having a few probs with the management side of the job, driving me round the bend!!
Don't even think about suicide though. It's a selfish way out, just try to think of those you leave behind, it would probably really affect your parents, not to mention friends, loved ones, etc. It's also the 'easy' way out, instead of facing up to the problems and demons you have, simply ending it all is a coward's way of dealing with the problem. If you feel it to be a problem, go to your doctor and get referred to mental health services or a counsellor.

Im 18 and wil tell u lyf sucks ! Lost my gf yesterday,writin exams,parents splittin up. Its all bad and sh*t ! Wont even pass exams. Saw a shrink last week 4 da 1st tym. Felt a bit betta afterwards but now death is betta than livin again.

Brad, try to concentrate on something nice. Hang with friends. Exams can be fixed i hope. Just take care and dont do anything stupid

Exams cant be fixed u fail u r out ! Friends ? Wat friends ? Ppl remember this fool only when they need help wit sumthin. About suicide. Nearly did it last week but tot i shud c a shrink 1st and hope al wil be wel. It was til gf story, only c damn shrink one a week- friday

As a teenager I didn't have any friends outside of highschool... Just wasn't too cool on the idea of peer pressure. Right now my girlfriend is probably my best friend.

@bradboy...there's lots of clubs at varsity that you can join which will hopefully allow you to expand your circle of friends.
Did you break up with your gf?
