he
my friend has been depressed lately
he has these friends, and the 'ring-leader' is called jack
in maths, jack came up to my friend and said he dont wanna be friends with him anymore, 'fair enough' he said
So, as he is the ring leader, day by day, more and more people fell out with my friend, and they started making rumours about him.
my school is built next to a train line, and all of jacks 'mates' were following my friend calling him names as he was walking next to the line.the next day, it seems he was trying to kill himself. hmm. more and more people are hating him, but seeing as i was his old mate, i let him hang round with us, yet more and more people fell out with him.
even steven was calling him names, he took a turd up a tree ffs!

It is part of routine. It vanishes the way it comes. One of the ways to reduce it is to blame ourselves for that situation.:-(

Blaming oneself only serves to increase depression. Best way would be to go out with some friends, pass the time and do some activity to get your mind off your worries.

@Ayush
Are you nuts? Do you walk around with a cyanide tablet in your pocket in case you find a situation you can't handle? Suicide is never a good solution for depression. In fact it is the sign that you've lost the battle and been overwhelmed by the depression.
I agree with the previous post that said: go out with some friend's, take your mind off it.
