Is there alot of people like Devo in the UK? If so im coming over! That guy makes me look like a Doctor! I dont understand why he lives in a dump? why dosent he live in a shelter?

Theres a massive subculture in the UK just like Devvo. They're literally all scum IMO who run areas into the ground with crime, vandalism and drug use. Gun crime is at an all time high now in the UK and growing at an alarming rate.
Believe me Bjerkebanen, its not good to be like Devvo, its not funny and certainly not admirable.
