@mrNoodles
Ok.. Not that expensive. I thought it was like 2500-3000SEK.
But I think I'll wait a little. I bought my Ericsson mp3 player for 1900SEK. But a year after I bought it, it was selling for about 900SEK...
Hopefully the price of the camera will drop

I am also hoping that the price will drop soon. An article in the Swedish magazine Mobil says that Communicam isn't selling as good as Ericsson as hoped in Sweden.. so the price may drop, but I don't think that it will happen in the nearest months since is right now launching an aggressive marketing campaign for T68i + Communicam!
I've seen the advertisement on Swedish TV and on billboards everywhere in town (ex. the Central Station, in Solna, in Kista)

@SteEr
the philippine prices you quoted are those from the gray market. those that come from authorized dealers (with warranties of course) are a bit higher than that. |

cool, so the p800 is wider and longer, but not really longer if you think about the added length of the communicam to the t68. Does p800 have voice recorder? How many pictures can be stored at VGA resolution? Length of voice recorder memo total? Irda? |

Check it out!! P800 Whitepaper.
It has IrDa - havent seen anything about how many pics you´re able to store, but with 12Mb memory
(heard that the MCA-20 only has 1Mb - and it stores 14 in 640x480)

@ Mr. Noodles
that was kewl of you to direct me to the white papers, I am just wondering how applicable they will be to the final product when it comes out in 2003, it sounds now from the other thread...but the memory stick would be cool for voice recording and photos. Guess we'll wait and see. Would you mind PM'ing me when you find updated white papers...whicih may be in Q4 I have to laugh, otherwise I'd cry? |
