sorry, i know this post hasnt much to do with the thread but i wanted to ask JJ:
if i bought this phone (from Hong Kong) would it work here in the UK.

I'll answer that. The answer is yes. Indeed the ones jiggyjaggy was selling were from hong kong as is mine.
just becareful because you will almost certainly be hit by VAT as import paperwork fees as it enters UK

no its not included in the shipping costs. it will be 17.5% of the cost of the item + around 5 or 6 pounds paperwork fee usually
