unfortunately they will not be covered by uk warranty.  warranty is country specific except for EU where a phone bought anywhere in EU is covered in any other EU country.
It mentions this in the manual around about page 86/87

Guys, just wait a couple of weeks and you can get them from CPW in UK for £330, save yourselves £50 and a years warranty.
