@Ying: Regarding the emitting power of GSM phones: the car-phones have indeed a max of 6 watts but they r dissapearing as no1 installs them on the cars these days as they get smaller and smaller (the main reason why they had carphones 7-8 years ago was that they were to big and bulky to carry around and the batteries were very weak).I don't know any manufacturer that makes car-phones today.The gsm HANDSETS have a standard power of 2 watts ; ALL of them.

Well, would u put something like that monster on ur car?Here it would last a day probably after that some1 breaks in and steals it 
Anyway, Nokia is used to produce something outdated for another 5 years or so...any other manufacturer Gelfen?

Is continuous charging safe?
Short answer: yes
Long answer: Li-ion batteries have a very simple charging algorithm, just charge it until it reaches 4.2V, at that voltage ALL CHARGING CEASES, no trickle charging or other crap like on nicd/mh. So if you plug the charger continuously the charging stops once the battery is full (4.2V). Since the charging circuitry constantly monitors the battery voltage, once the voltage dips below 4.2V it begins charging again, until it becomes full again, the cycle just repeats (unless it's some $hitty phone like Siemens), so it's safe.
If you think your phone's battery is too weak just do a cell transplant. On my T68 I transplanted a 1200mAh cell to it, a lot more powerful than the stock 700mAh cell... But now it weights 100grams.

So @Aikonoklast, every day charging, even if bat is not almost empty, is safe with Li-ion?

Yes charge as often as you like with li-ion. You can even try to charge a full battery again, the battery won't be overcharged.
But not with nicd/mh, you will overcharge it if you try to charge a full nicd/mh.
