The best way is to write a letter every day until they reply....and write one to everyone whose name youy can get hold of them...just create a big stink... |

Got a samsung E700 now, n even tho it aint as feature packed as Similar SE ones, it feels like the components are of much higher quality. |

Insist orange deal with it... When/if you do get in touch. The sale of goods act states that it is the retailers responsibility for up to 6 years after purchase. Despite what they say. Look up "sale of goods act" on t'internet to check. Good luck !

U guys r lucky! I live in a country where corruption is regarded as a 'must'.If i have a problem with a phone in a shop, i don't expect them to swap it with a brand new one, just repair it.It would also take a month or so and i might be even unluckier for the phone to work 3 days and broke again..it'd take another one month!
If i'd bribe some1 there, and give him let's say 10$, i'd have it back in 3 days. They don't do nuthin' cuz they expect a bribe, then they'll do their job.
What can u do?Wait a month and if they don't fix it, make a complaint against the store that sold the phone at a bureau call 'Consumer's Protection', bribe some1 there too (like i said). What happens: they get a 300$ fine for stalling my repair and i get a brand new phone.THAT's customer satisfaction!!!
In ur case guys, that's not so good cuz in my case it's bad will but in ur case it's ignorance, incompetence and/or plain stupidty.Who has to lose the most? Not me..
I'm just sick of these things.

Least ya can get out of it with a $10 bribe, i mean i had to pay £10 (UKP) for a courier service to deliver it so thats almost the same!!! |
