I am never buying a SE phone ever again! Plz Read! |

Ok, i brought my T300 for £180 when it first came out (which is a lot of money for a student without an income!) and within 4 months the screen packed in, so no sweat i though, ill phone orange, who told me to SE, who told me to send it off to celestica in telford, uk. That was over a month ago! I have phoned celestica four times and i have had to wait 40 mins on hold each time to get through! then they tell me 'ill look into it' and phone me back, which they never did! then i wrote them a letter, no reply! I then phone SE to compain about celesticas crap service, and i dial the number, and get the message 'this service is not compatible with your call' So SE dont support people phoning them from BT landlines, well im sure not many people try that! So, after 4 weeks, when i was told that it would take 10 days i have no repaired phone, Celestica have the worst call centre staff ever, and SE dont appear to have any! Sorry all you SE fans, but can you call this customer service because I cant, and i dont think my screen should have broke anyway! has anyone else had these problems! i think ill go back to nokia, at least they dont break, and if you need to call them, you can speak to somebody who wants to help you!

That's celecstia though, when i had a fault with my t68i i contacted my service provider (orange, who said as it was till under warrenty they would replace it, and did within 15 hours......
Clestia are crap, but that's not SE's fault, it's celestias.... |

I was told by orange that it wasnt their problem and that they wouldnt send me a replacement! probably because im on PAYG tho, I have no complaint for orange but Celestica and SE customer service is crap! and it is SEs fault when i cant call them to complain about Celestica!

Well i'am not from uk but I've got very good experience with SE service (when my p800 wouldn't connect they gave me a brand new one to try it and they were very nice) Why do you blame SE, I mean hot the hell can that litlle guy in japan know that somewhere in uk SE service sucks, the problem is with the uk SE manager |

It's all down to personal experience at the end of the day...i wouldn't for instance touch t-mobile with two shitty sticks after continual appalling customer services, and ridiculous quality of general service.
But a lot of people i have spoken to have had good experiences with them....so you never know. |

I agree with you although i am using se. One thing is right nothing beats nokia they are the best i should know i tried them all. Nokia is simple and user friendly. So go ahead and buy one.

Ive used celestica a number of times for s/w upgrades and replacements/repairs. Only problem i had was that they lost my receipt. But other than that very good

brought the T300 from fones 4 u, and it isnt going back to them because i know from people on here and others(after buying from them) that their after sale service is crap, and that dont care about repairing phones unless they are contract

Well, my experience with the service center in Malaysia (Ericserve) was very good. They seem to do things fast and effecient...
T68i upgrade was always around 30 minutes. Once, the processor of my T68i was fried and it was 1 months plus after warrenty and they still replaced it for free.
Also, T610 upgrade was under 20 minutes. That's fast!..
When I got it, the T610 was still hot =)... |

1)this is the UK im on about, and virtually all customer service is below average for any company!, but Celesticas is the worst ive ever come across
2)Its a send away service center so it was going to take at least 5 days, up to a maximum of 10

no seriously i dont, i just dont want others to go sendin their phones off to celestica, and then expect them bak in 10 days and not get them. If people arent made aware of this there could be alot of people without their SE phones for a long long time!
