i agree with teg.. when i am just shooting pictures, i would expect the phone to tell me when its had enough. the fact that it doesn't and just breaks is very stupid indeed.
and since we're on car analogies...you're filling up gas. when your car has had enough, the gas pump stops. you don't drop a dipstick in your tank to make sure you don't overflow it. just like you don't constantly check the memory when taking pictures. the fact that the phone doesn't have such a basic feature, nay, requirement is really a shame.

but I do hv a counter that says "Pictures Remaining: " and the number before my card is full
