Hello,
I have the latest firmware R7A013 and everything works great after a reset of the HBH-60.
So i don't think that's the reason. |

mine freezes and i just got the firmware upgraded, it is good for only answering calls, via headset button. voice commands do not work!!! |

did you make your operation mode for bluetooth in automatic or "on"
you need to "on" bluetooth operation mode in order to get voice dialing/command work nicely. minus magic word. |

If you record your voice commands using the headset you should find it works better. The only time I have trouble with mine is when I'm driving fast and the road noise increases. I also had a similar problem with the HBH 20 & 30. |
