I currently have a GD87 but I've been waiting to get my P800 for 2 weeks now...I have very few complaints about the GD87 (short battery life, no active flip, etc.) but it's still a great phone.. Believe me, some people out here still use that Startac and Nokia 5190 (old version). I pity them...

5100 loox pretty cool
if the P800 had been delayed for another week and half I was going to get the 5100...
but my cell guy called me up and told me he has 1 P800 that he isnt selling to n e one but me if I want..

also, yeah, ppl here tend to keep their phones for a while.. 2-3yrz..
I mean ppl go insane when they know that I change my phone every 3-5months..
GPRS isnt widely used around here.. and the amount of SMS is very ridiculous compared to Europe..
like there r no contests via SMS, there r no joke SMS that go around and u dont stay up to date via SMS

most ppl dont even know how to use T9

this one guy had a 3590 (3510) and he was like "my phone is sooo cool, I hv the internet on it!" and when I told him that all phones come with a WAP browser and it is standard he was like "no they dont"

a 8390 is the cool phone to hv here.. and a T68i is if u r some sort of a rich kid to blow 600$ canadian on a phone

ppl here r like "a phone for over 100$? what's the point?"
some guy offered me a 100$Canadian for my P800.. I wanted to smack him..
I was like, multiply it by 20 and we can talk...

he was like.. more than 100? I'll gv u 150.. I was like "that doesnt cover my MS DUO..."

damn cellularly retarded
Nobody is perfect, I am nobody, therefore I am perfect

Well... I want the P800 too... but well... I was perfectly happy with my T68. I was going to upgrade it to the i version, but then I get the GD87 for christmas so I took it... I had no idea what my next cell was going to be, i was extremely happy with the T68. And now I'm kinda waiting it out to see what else will be out there. I like the Neonode... i would love to get my hands on that one. Maybe around fall I'll change again...
My god... when I think of the StarTac... they still sell them you know horrible horrible horrible... and those old nokias, I've even seen people with the old old old analog motorolas... what a world...

I haven't heard of Bluejacking at all in the states.. Not too many folks out here are big fans of Bluetooth (Sad). They say that this technology is not profitable for the companies that may support it.
