Well Vodafone have their own repair centres as you know but if they cannot deal with it they send it to Nokia. And no they ain't ever outta pocket the amount of phones that get refurbished & still sold.

I bet Nokia will just re-sell mine as new again when they have sorted the seal out

I don't get Orange on their website they sell reconditioned phones at a higher price. Go figure

Well got it changed No problem was'nt able to exchange for something else though but if the next handset gets the same problem then I can then swap it for something else.

Well great then there you go now all you have to do is make sure it gets full of dust again So you can choose whatever you like

I'll open it for ya i get the word Tidy on the side though it ain't inside the screen. Well of course cos you gotta get some more dust inside again to be able to get a different model edit I hate Gavin & Stacey

I like the phone but imput of that it can easily get dust in the screen
Ps, I have no excitement in opening it either I just can't be bothered with it
I never watched Gavin & Stacey but i did watch iton the phone it's ok I suppose

I guess the excitement of the new phone has wore off cos it won't look new for long. Still no dust on my Nokia.

That charging for 16 hours is bull makes little difference when the battery say's full then it's full

lol so true but after i left it the battery did last ages I didn't with my Tocca
and i think thats why it got probs!
Vodafone store up Merryhill are the best shop ever they change the phone no probs, are very friendley,
that shop in Brum in the Bull ring is the worst one!
theres girl in there who is snotty she told me to bog off to Merryhill store once too cos I lived nearer charming heh

They are like programmed robots in that Bull Ring store. I go in sometimes to have a play with some of the working phones & they always say Hello & what brings you into Vodafone store today Why can't they train people to be normal instead of programming them to sound cold & robotic or maybe it's just me Orange stores are the worst for friendliness absolutely terrible they are.
