@razec
that is another thing kabayan. technicians are not very courteous in my experience
these technicians act as if they are very well sought.
they take advantage of the fact that customers need something from them.
once a woman came in to have her w580 repaired.
i heard the receptionist inform her that the technician was having lunch.
the woman asked if she could wait.
the receptionist said it was up to the woman if she wants to wait.
the woman said she is willing to wait for her w580 keys are unusable and that her screen would always freeze.
she also added that that day was her only day off from work.
upon overhearing the exchange between the two ladies, i asked myself, do technicians eat by 2.30pm?
after strolling some more around the mall, i passed by the shop after an hour.
the woman was still there seated waiting with her w580 in her hand!
i felt bad about after service.
Since i love i went inside the shop.
in an effort to cover up the unprofessionalism of the technician, i engaged the woman in a conversation so that the woman can forget the passing of time.
i talked about how good an product is, how good walkmans are in music etc. I wanted to promote and reaffirm her belief in Fortunately, the woman had been an fan eversince w800. She attributed the defect in her w580 to its slider design - the movable sliding mechanism poses more chances of wear and tear.
