Specs say this is class 2.
"Speed performance rating: Class 2 (based on SD 2.00 Specification)"

Hi Guys,
Got my SanDisk 6GB microSD card yesterday and it works a treat with my SE K850i. I ended up getting it for £33 from Kikatek. Ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday.

ericemel, it's definitely a Class 4 Micro SDHC card. Please see the full specifications on SanDisk's site...

As for speed it's quite fast for such physically small card. Took around 30mins to copy 2GB of mp3's on to it using the USB reader that came with it. Seems quite zippy in my K850i. I would say that it isn't any slower than the m2 that came with my K850i. If that's of any help...

I bought 6GB microSD as well but it doesn't work with my k850i. I tried few things like format, update phone software and nothing. It always say " Memory card not inserted". Memory works fine connected to computer. Any advises??

SORRY WHATS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN SD AND SDHC?got all ready 2gb micro sd in my k850i and work normaly and planing to buy a 8gb!thanx

thanx!but: "SDHC cards only work in SDHC compatible devices, but standard SD cards work in both SD and SDHC devices. The SDHC trademark is licensed to ensure compatibility" now,will ordinary sd 8gb works with k850i?anybody?or i must buy an sdhc 8gb?

AFAIK maximum capacity for ordinary SD cards is 4GB. i dunno K850 is compatible with SDHC or not.
MicroSDs beyond 4GB actually are MicroSDHC |

I add new topic (is locked now) as no one confirm (except one user) that it works. In my phone it doesn't so it is 50% chance that it work. Please add you comment if you tried 8gb microSD with K850i or suggestion why it doesn't.

Thanks for info. I sorted out problem upgrading firmware via davinci team web (£7.5). Now I can confirm It definitely does work.

i lost my patients gr... It have worked until it didn't swap SD card with my 512MB M2 to restore my contacts and pictures. Now again i have " No memory card inserted". I think i will sell this crap soon. Any idea why is this doing it??
