t306 is 850/1900
t316 is the same as t300 (900/1800/1900)

T316 is not a tri-band phone... it will only work on GSM800/1900... which is used in the US...

cytech, the us-only one is t306, using us-canada-only bands 850 and 1900.
t316, exclusive for european operator orange, operates under bands 900 (europe) / 1800 (europe) 1900 (us).

AS I said T316 will support GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900 , so it will works for Europe and when roaming in US using GSM 850 !! |

Thats not quite right. GSM 850 is US as WELL AS GSM 1900. GSM 900 and 1800 are European/Arabian/African frequencies. A heck of a lot of people in Europe are on GSM 900 icluding some Orange customers so making this phone GSM 850 as opposed to 900 seems a bit stupid!
@Cytech, as this phone is an Orange phone and orange exist almost totally in Europe then I assume this phone is GSM 900, 1800 and 1900 like nearly all other European Tri-band phones are.
