Jiggy, the problem is that you are doing a totally different method as what I've mentioned.
I don't use apptapp.
ALL you need is
Ibrickr, Anysim and a file called Lockdownd.
If you follow my instructions you'll be fine.
Use ibrickr, then copy over anysim.
Then copy over lockdownd to the correct folder (shown int he video)
Then switch off your phone, switch it on, then run anysim.
When you DO run anysim, make sure there is NO sim card in the phone.
If you start to have problems or errors, just restore the phone and start over.

The problem is I dont have a PC, I only have a MAC. Any thoughts?

if you have a Mac, all you need to do is follow the same steps, except use a program called iFuntastic rather than iBrickr
