K800i power problem! HELP! |

Sammy Boy - Gld you got it working again!!
You guys on here all the time?? I left work and came back in this morn happily to see more replies!!
Im getting a bit further now, the computer is recognising the phone when it plugs in, so thats progress!!
When i run Wotan though, this is what i see;
Running Update
FTP: Connecting to Server
FTP: Downloading - Please Wait
FTP: Close
Update finished
At this point, do i need to delete the 'Login' and 'Passwords' before i hit 'start' and leave it blank? Or do i need to register and buy credits?
When i hit start, again this is progress!, it says the following;
Phone Found
DB2020 detected
loader: OK
FC ID: 89 7E
Connecting to Server
Connection OK
Sending Login
Unknown User
==FAILED==
Duration: 00:02
Im assuming iv done something wrong with the login...?
When im running the WotanClient, does this automatically just update the EROM yeah?

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!
Its working!!!! Just left the login and password blank and.... bingo, twas done in 5 secs! Just as you guys promised, hold 2&5 and its just does its thing! all the text messages and contacts are still there!

Glad you got it working, sounds like the same problem my phone suffered from!
Though I now have a couple of Wotan credits I no longer need

Well why don't you just buy 1 credit? Anyway you can always sell it to your frien who wants debtrand their phone. Or who knows they want to change the phone language! These can only done with third party client. But it voids warranty! |

Guys,
Well, i was so happy yesterday that the phone was working, but there seems to be a problem still...
When i get a missed call it doesnt show up on the missed calls list and also when i make a call it is not coming up as first on the dialled list!??
Text messages come through and save, show date, time etc fine!
Is this a further software problem with the phone and can it be fixed? |

Do a master delete of the call records, mine did that after I updated the firmware, but works OK now  |

OK - so I did the EROM update using Wotan, the phone won't come on after being told to take the battery out "for a while" HOW LONG is a WHILE anyways? Someone mentioned dismanteling the phone - does that help? My phone is a brick at the moment and I'd rather get it back in working condition hopefully without having to send it off anywhere ( no warranty - prototype )
PS - I do get the red IR LED to blink twice when trying to power on the phone and when holding 2 and 5 and plugging in the phone while Wotan's running, it connects to the phone but then it quickly errors out with SEMCSEC error 3.
Anyone else with similar problem? I'm hopeful because at least the phone is being recognized by the computer and Wotan can sort of talk to it...

My phone has been driving me crazy - not recording missed calls etc having read your message i hit delete all and .... guess what!?! Works now

It too am getting the SEMCSEC error, did you find a solution to it?

I have the problem that my phone will not let met enter the games an applications folder..
it shows me : "operation failed"
wotan erom update gave me te semcsec 3 error
what is this ??
and i gave no mastercard to go on paypal and buy credit's for wotan
anyone is there a solution ? to my problems driving mee crazy
