You just download the port scanner program... It's only a few hundred kB...

I downloaded advanced port scanner and open port scanner in evening i will try them but how i will know wich is free.

Are you sure it is the ip you use... maybe it's the access point...

Run this "ping proxy.lmt.lv" in your PC... In the dos window you will get its ip add...

i pinged it online its 212.93.96.256 but it becomes 212.93.96.255
