My T600 doesn't recieve calls sometimes and says it's out of coverage although it's placed in an open air area and the signal strength indicator is full!! What can I do to make it recieve calls at anytime?? btw: I swapped it twice for that reason and the same problem still exists!!

make sure the phone has firmware R4A (see FAQ for info on how to check firmware) or later... there is a incoming call error on earlier firmware versions... |

No, 45R4A still does not fix the pro blem completely. However, it is much stable then other release.
Also, you will also find one serious bug you you provider is dual band (GSM and GSM1800, for my case, dual band with home station as GSM). When the phone switch from GSM to GSM1800 due to weak coverage. It still at GSM1800 even it is power off and on again. I notice this symptom after 45R4A upgrade. Previous release will return the phone to home base station after power off (yes, only when power off).
This make a lot of different to battery life. For my case, if the phone stay at GSM, this phone will last about 100 hours or more. On GSM1800, it is about 35% less and worse if you make call! |

I already have firmware R4A and it doesn't solve the problem. Another issue, the phone signal strength indicator varies althought the phone is kept in an open air area where other phones give a stable indication. i.e.: it can be 5 signals then jumps to one signal then back to 5 then 3 and so on...

Hey M8s!
Just sold my Gold T68i. Bought an T600. Don't ask "Why?". The answer is "Because!" I wanted a phone that nobody else got. A lot of my friends got the GR8T T68(m)i or T68i. And its cute.
Back to the topic. I haven't discovered any of those problems mentioned. Should I upgrade from R3A to R4A
Does T600 support *.imy or *.emy???
