Ericsson is very big! for at least the last 10+ years, SONY at the time was also trying to break into the mobile market in the late 90s, then they joined forces and they growing strong TOGETHER!!

I come from what you guys would call a 'Third World Country' but we have heard of Ericsson. Just because you haven't heard of the name, it immediately means that it's a nobody. It only means that you are uninformed and needs to spend more time reading.

They dont use Carl Zeiss as an excellent rule for marketing costs so SE have been very cost effective. |

OK guys,
Thanks for correcting me. In fact I was not interested in mobile subjects before and probably I'm still quite uninformed.
I remember that scene with the BMW and the mobile phone as remote control, but didn't pay attention which brand. So it was Ericsson?
And what exactly stands behind "mobile platforms" - what they are for?
