I did have my phone on 24/7, but my mum don't like things that send out signals, we're not allowed to have another cordless phone in the house, and no wireless internet. So I have it turned off during night when I charge, but it's always on during the day.

Always on. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through out the year

I turn mine off when i go to sleep. If anybody needs to reach me, i've a landline. I do feel, however, that family time is important, so as a rule phones are turned off between suppertime and bedtime for my daughter.
I'm not superstitious, merely mildly stitious.
