Yeah, I leave my phone all night on, except if its charging, you never know if one of your friends will have a midnight crisis (it has already happened to me)

I never leave it on. I don't see the point, if someone has an emergency they better call 911 ... What can I do about it??? I'm not a doctor or a lawyer. Or a police officer for that matter...
And seriously, I don't think one can be available 24 hours a day. You also need time for yourself and I think my cell phone is there for my convenience, not for the person who's making the call. You have the right not be disturbed without having to feel you're letting people down.

Mine is always on except during my class hours. And yes, i was woken up a no of times by my friends who needed some help urgently. I dont consider it as a trouble.

It actually depends for me...

If I want to sleep long hours - I leave it on. For the reason that I will miss text messages if they don't come into my phone for around 4 hours. Although, it's on silent mode with the vibra turned off as well.

If I need to wake up after maybe 5 hours - I turn it off. Makes me save battery life.

Hehe, I'm completely opposite to that.

I have it off at night but that's the only time, I leave it on through the whole school day, including lessons, and use it in lessons too ¬_¬, lol
