kay,
- The Port number
You must find out what is the port (comport) that you computer will use to access the phone. Try looking at the comport available on your computer under device manager (Control Panel -> Systems -> Device Manager). Otherwise try www.google.com and look for comport help or FAQs.
Once you have identify the comport number (ex. my IR connects over Com 4, whereas my bluetooth connects over Com 10), you'll need to enter this number into the T68x monitor's Properties.
- For Bluetooth, you shouldn't have any problems.
- For infra red, you'll need a virtual port. This is very important. Most IR devices comes with Extended System's virtual port as default virtual port and this is known to be faulty. (symptoms: software hangs).
Use this open source IR virtual port instead.

- For the cables, try to change the configuration of the port speed. I'm connecting using 9600, N, 1. I'm not sure about DRS-10.

Do remember to switch on the IR or Bluetooth (which ever applys to you) on your phone. You can find this settings under menu 8 on your T68.
Hope this helps, otherwise...
