It shows communication error after I press C and connect the USB cable again

what are you suppose to do after it tells you to shutdown the phone for 20secs?????
i tried connecting the phone via usb and pressing c and it does nothing.
Can you tell me what to do?

Hold "c" down on phone and put the cable back in and the update will start.. once its started you can release "c".

finally I got it to work!
I had to install some usb flash drivers from davinci because everytime I held c and reconnected the phone, windows would come up with new hardware found but could not locate the drivers.
so I used the usb flash drivers from the davinci program d/l, installed them and hey presto the update worked!
