It would be hard to believe numb's Norway figure to be representative. It could be due to problems of specific models/batches. If it has any truth in it then Nokia market share would not be increasing but decreasing rapidly because many networks would have dump their phones.

Well said, Max!! Yep, that unfortunately is the mentality of so many ppl. I hate it when ppl come here and say "se's crap" or "blokia suck" I happen to like both manufact., so i'll need convincing argument/logic before i believe some foaming-at-the-mouth who uses this site as his personal moaning post.

some nice conclusion max, as ive said all the way through my personal experience with se is they are less reliable. has it stopped me buying there phones no.
i still think the top 5 to 6 makers in most fields not just phones are all about as reliable as each other.
you dont become a global brand and have poor reliablity across your entire range |

Does it need to be the entire range? Nokia flood gsm and cdma markets, it wouldn't be hard for them to have high repair figures. Any remember the class action suit bought against them a while ago for their malfunctioning screens?
If i recall, and it is hazy I'll admit, perhaps some of our nokia lovers can shed some light on it the screens were used I think in 3 or 4 models of Nokias and was subject to a large amount of phones.
When all's said and done theres only 1 thing these 2 threads prove. No matter what your point, someone has backed it up with statistics somewhere that mean absolutely nothing.

btw: did any1 notice "reliability" factor may not have any correlation to sales performance / market share (based on Which? survey)
nokia - increasing market share but rank higher in reliability
moto - increasing market share but rank lower.
samsung - stagnant/decreasing market share but rank higher
se - stagnant/decreasing market share but rank lower
