First of all those files arn't mine I just found them looking for something else. You can flash those files using a "legit" setool or wait untill XS++ supports DB3150.

Well, I still have my K850i - buts its sitting in its Box - im waiting for the new FW to come out - and im using my T650i!

I love my T650i to bits (as a design student, i'll always love the T Series) - but I do miss the high end imaging of the K850i.

If the next FW fixes The bugs, and improves the Camera (See my post for the Reds on the K850i) - i'll keep it - if not, ill be skipping this incarnation of the K Series altogether, and using my beautiful T650i until we see a non Japan version of the SO905iCS...

Oh yeah, and I saw the Samsung G800 today, thats One UGLY Phone lol - and a chunky monkey too!!!

Off to Japan soon - I'll be out there for a while, so I want my K850i to be right as rain - so I can try (at least try) to put up a fight and stand my ground against the SO905iCS's i'll be sure to be matched up against - our Japanese cousins are bound to draw comparisons...!!

Sony Alpha.

lol sorry if I mislead anyone, but those Japanese phones do NOT work anywhere else other than in Japan. They do not have GSM technology but rather they run on a different set of frequency.

I know this is off topic, but by the way Sony G, since you are off to Japan soon (lucky!), check out the Samsung 920SC - it's available through Softbank, and it seems quite a contender against the K850i. It can also be used here with a 3rd party SIM unlock!

I went back to using my K610i until the FW is relesad. My k850 works like crap when using bluetooth handsfree HBH-DS980. Disconnecting all the time, and half the time when it is connected and someone calls me i can answer with the handsfree button but no sound in it. Really hope the FW can fix this odd behavior.

Sounds like there a problem with the HBH-DS980 and not the FW. I use Sony Ericsson HBH-DS200 and have no problemas at all

I think XS++ team are waiting for the release of the FW too because SE could add a new security if they release XS++ 3.3? before...
