Huh buddies, I have just read thru this tread and feel sorry for all of you.Now tell me one thing. Why on earth will so many of you put up with all this? The phone is total junk.SE took shortcuts where ever it could because of their miserable financial situation. Now they put pressure on O2. Hopefully O2 learned a lesson out of this and so did you. Greetings from South Africa.Mario.My phone is old but at least works ;-)

The reason so many people put up with this handset is that its probably the best available right now,its small has a great camera, intuitive menu structure etc etc, sony ericsson have not ripped its customers off but as with all software driven products when you push boundaries problems occur! I had a 7650 once the keypad kept producing double entries with one click, the slider was lose it froze the battery cover became lose,it took several software updates to cure some of that handsets problems so dont cast stones in this forum, your phone was far from perfect, and my k750i with updated software works better, ok i have lost some video quality but this will be updated and all from the comfort of my pc,not a trek to a nokia centre.

Yeah indeed..the only issue remaining is the lowered camera quality in the newer firmwares but SE have said thats a known issue to be fixed in a release in about a month |

Sorry buddy, did'nt mean to irritate you.My 7650 works like a dream - after almost 3years of heave (miss)use - Otherwise I should have throed it out of the window long time ago.I personaly don't care which company builds my phone or how nice and cute it is. If it does'nt work then it does'nt work. This is what matters for me.I don't want to know about software upgrades and what have you.But then again - thats just me.Greetings from South Africa.
Mario
