Got myself one of these in black to go on my lime Z1C....looks a little strange but at least my phone is protected from scratches. I'll post a few images when I get a chance. |

Funny you are talking about scratching the back side of the phone... I have mine Z1C almost 3 month now, without cover and not even one scratch...
I must be doing something wrong. |

Well sir, I must commend you and I hope it stays like that. It started with my cheap hard case which must have got sand and grit in it when I was on holiday, that left massive marks on it that show up easily in yellow. I work in a laboratory as well so the phone gets wet which is why I chose this specifically, and bumped a little too. Either way, what's done is done. The phone performs superbly and I look forward to 4.4 update. The Xperia themes are really cool too, waiting for more to show up on Play store. Wishing for MS to fix Windows 8 so I can NFC stuff between my tablet and phone. |

I know accidents can happen to all of us,in the past I had the SE W995 for 17 days and I dropped it to the canal in Amsterdam....
But I like my devices and I am careful with them, even my almost 9 years old SE W800i looks as new.

Z1C looks good in white i must say. w800i brings me good memories. it was my daily driver for 4+ years. |

@ amirprog
Thanks...
I chose the white one for aesthetics, you see less fingerprints on white phone...
But when I got it I was bit sorry I did not choose the black or even the lime colored(if I was few years younger...)
The W800i was my big love and I still use it sometimes,it had the best music player from all phones I had until now. |

This is really wierd.. I bought z1 compact.. It was sealed and had the sticker of the headset MH750. But after I opened the box, the headphone is just normal one and not mh750. Any idea what I can do in this case? Customer service isn't really the strongest option here in Saudi Arabia

Yes I never dared to talk about your phones because I was never sure which one you have now ...
I think all phones are very similar... the difference is only in quality and software.
so for me the accessories are the one that make the difference. |

3 weeks after using the Z1 compact, the battery got to a level I never experienced with a Sony phone before!
3 days of standby with 4 hours of screen on (at 50%), 3G on, push always on (Gmail, whatsapp) with some wifi and lots of photos taken and one hour of Candy crush

i can't agree with gsmarena's assessment that the z1 compact's photo is the worst here. are we seeing different things? z1 c's photo here is probably the best. the rest look like smudgy paintings.
would you agree? |

I'm wondering whether that Z1C is running the new kit Kat update for the new camera firmware in those shots? |

KitKat update... have one waiting (Android 4.4.2 KitKat build 14.3.A.0.757)
But not sure after reading about problems with battery life... do you know anything about that? |

^^^
Not sure about that.... went to bed with 100% battery woke up with 20%, i'm pissed!!!
update:
Got a shock this morning when i saw 20% left....but must say that second charge is better! not as goed as before but not as bad as this morning.came back from work with 50% +/-
update 2:
can't explain the battery behavior after the update to 4.4.2... first charge was good for 10h! second for 24h.
Third charge 1 day 5 hours and still counting ... 46% left.
