Still waiting for my first bluejacking. Went to the mall on the weekend, did not find anybody to bluejack. Also at a baseball game no phones that got in my range. Will try again next weekend. |

WTF? The point of Bluejacking is getting someone that you don't know at all and making them totally confused as to who's done it. SMS jacking is stupid as you point out, in that you know the person, and if you know the person well enough to have their number, well then, that's just plain stupid to do that to them.

got my first victim in a while last night on the way home. i was taking the train and a girl got on while still fiddling around with her t610. so i did a search and picked up 'inez', so i sent her a "Nice Phone!" contact. she sat down, put her phone in her hand bag, heard signal, reached into her bag and checked her phone. she looked a bit puzzled so i figured it must be 'inez'. next i sent a "you've been bluejacked!" (yes, lame, i know) which gave the game away because she must have turned of BT since i failed on subsequent sends. however, while she was checking her phone from the "you've been bluejacked!" contact i managed to catch a vic pic. it's pretty blurry 'cos of the train movement, and i had to be careful not to be too obvious as the train was fairly empty and a bright blue z600 isn't the most inconspicuous phone to be taking photos with (which is why the pic is off centre). anyway, without further ado - here is a blurry 'inez' checking her phone inside her handbag from my bluejacking attempt.

good to get on the real subject...
sat. 24th I was at a mall nearby, and in a jewelry store I saw this dude playing with his t610. I know, I know, it's a SE-phone and all that, but I just couldn't help myself...
I searched and found the t610, wrote a note saying "nice phone! =)" then sent.
and yes he got it.
amidst his wife and kid, he was holding his phone, with the world most puzzled look on his face.
Later I bumped into him and he kinda gave me a uncomfortable stare, I do have a sense that he found out it was me. But never the less, a true bjacking!
