is there anything known whether you can use the TT5 software on a P900 and if so: what are the pros and cons?

Thanks MR,
I got it working! Works Waaaaaaaaaay easier than Wayfinder (Wayfinder is nice, TT is IMO better)
Cheers,
Jorgos
P900 with TT5 Mobile and Wayfinder Software (a few months left). Nokia E61, cool app!

I was already driving with it, when I was driving to Cebit 2005 from the Netherlands. The backlight was not working during navigation in that time.
(I do not have the 6630 anymore )

Hi!
Jorgos, I also have a p900. Were there any problems for you before you got it to work? What about maps? Please send me a PM with details of what you did.
Also, I recently moved to Australia. Does anyone know anything about the availability of maps for down under? They have started to sell TomTom Go here so there must be TomTom maps of some sort around! |

I was wondering which car-cradle ppl use with their P910i and where they got it from?
Secondly, should I buy TomTom Mobile 5 for my P910i?! I'm a little undecided and need to be swayed one way or the other! |

can someone let me know the directory structure of TT5 on the P910i
I have
c:\system\apps\TTMOBILE
c:\system\apps\TTNAVCONTACTS
and on the mem stick
d:\CLEB VOICES
d:\Great_Britain-Map
d:\itn
d:\Licenses
d:\raster
d:\schemes
d:\TomTom
d:\voices
d:\zip
but when I click on either the TTMOBILE application or TTNAVCONTACTS application, i get the "NOT FOUND" message
Any ideas ?
thanks

Put the top two in the same place but on your card. |

I have a P910i with TomTom5 and a genuine Sony Ericsson car kit. When the Satnav software is running it seems like the phone doesn't charge and drains the battery very quickly.
Anybody got any suggestions? |

I presume the phone charges normally when u aren't using TomTom (it's not a question of a duff car kit)? Afraid I can't really help sorry, but what sort of battery life do u normally get using TomTom on a full battery without charging? |

The phone charges normally without TomTom so its not the car kit. With TomTom in the car kit the phones battery seems to last about 4.5 to 5 hours.
