I doubt it, but it made me laugh.

I mean everybody is posting serious things, then all of sudden this guy pops out of nowhere :').

Well, it does seem a good chance to get a firmware then just like tomorrow or the day after tomorrow...
Nobody knows for sure because of the great Sony Ericsson customer service department.
I wonder if SE will ever build cars? Who knows?

Ohh yeah.. and we all love their programmers and beta testers, not to speak about their customer service department and management...

I just , to torture myself, tried to update via FOTA and of cours there where no update. But my query is: Does firmware updates arrive on FOTA after it's available on the net?

Was just some "trying to be funny user" was inventing that the date would only be on Feb. 14.

I'm still believe that will be tomorow or until the end of the month...

becouse they have removed the R1CA1037 unbranded from the servers since Friday... Maybe they have done that for an obiviously reason that they will update the new one FW soon.

Btw, can the new FW boost the camera for the k850?

coz yesterday i had a chance to compare my k850 cam (029 FW, w40) with my friend's k810 (latest firmware, 4 months old) and u know what, my k850 is defeated badly, k810 produces more detailed photos and with better color too...
is that a software problem or a basic hardware problem?

It's probably software. The camera driver can be tweaked as we have seen in the K750i, and K800i to give off "vivid" colours, and other stuff.

I hate the K800i camera though. It seems as if it is interpolated 3.2MP.
