I didn't mean the logo need be complicated, but it should be standing out whereas this xperia logo looks like the average Times New Roman and ALIKE.

I just realised it is Times New Roman, which they used, so it can't be the official logo/writing after all :

They patented the name. Just the name, without further details to font, size, design, whatever.

Well, I officially declare myself currently untrustworthy, as the reports I'm getting regarding these phones / codenames are extremely mixed and I'm really confused about them. So, rather stay out of it than say something wrong
