I got one from O2 online, a few weeks back and it has been working great. It has only been turned off about 3 times in all the time I've had it and so far, no problems.

Personally i'm glad it's the old firmware!

That means they must have found way of sorting out all/most of the problems with the old firmware without using the new firmware which screws up video quality and GPRS.

Me too killhippe, my first K750 only crashed randomly, occasionally.

This new one I've got (I got it around 9 hours ago) has switched itself off or crashed, 5 times already.

Pretty annoying. I'll have to wait until the 4th before they get a new batch in but I won't be here, I'm on holiday

I upgraded today and the girl said three weeks but she said it will turn up sooner. I quized her about the 'dodgy' stock and she said that all the ones now are of the new tested batch.

Also got an amazing deal on my contract:

mine said it had picked up at something daft like 5.30am. Yes it means that it has been picked up at o2, then shipped to your nearest dhl depot (ie customer loacation) the next day it will be delivered...tomorrow.

Hope you get it. You can ring up and ask for the rough time of delivery. The lady said mine should be delivered between 12.30pm and 1pm and sure enough 12.59 it arrived.
