you could be the next david baily....no seriously!

Nice of you to say so mate, but there's just too much talent already out there, I'm still learning the basics

@fatreg - If I win the lottery I will be buying a cottage down that way mate for sure.

Great picture mate - I expect if you were to check the exif data you would see that he's used photoshop to acheive that look not a critisism as he's done a great job and you still need great material in the first place

@Evil Eye, first pictures look well exposed, the first plant shot is nice and crisp but looks perhaps a little too bright mate. The last picture is a little out of focus, did you use the macro mode ?

You can either post edit your shots on you PC or alter the white balance and exposure compensation on the camera prior to taking the picture

How are you finding photobucket ?

@Evil Eye, glad your liking photobucket, and the bonus is that the pictures still look pretty good after they have been compressed

Thanks also for your comments

Here's another one taken a few weeks back with my FZ30
The River Trent

This one was taken at Danebury Ring (FZ30 used 16.9 format)

@marlonski, great pictures as always! I love that bee shot (a real "Kodak moment"), the digital zoom of the moon wasn't bad at all, and the river pic looks enchanting!

Check this papaya, only one is ripe and it's quickly consumed by birds and bats!

resistance is futile.

@JN, I don't know, I was just guessing based on the marks left on the fruit.

Eerie moonlight...
