I have a problem here with k608i. I'm using Maxis in malaysia, i have all 3G setting but when i'm online to wap it go to the normal maxis gprs portal instead of maxis 3G portal. I brought the phone to the maxis center and they said every setting alrignt but just dunno why i cant get to the 3G portal. The consultant said it might be my sw version problem, does it? |

I faced the same problem, I am using Celcom currently, what is your software version currently? Mine is R2T002...... |

two questions - if i upgrade my v600i through seus do i void warranty and 2 - when you upgrade to latest f/w on v600i can you still put games on the phone - plz tell me!, couple of glitches annoying me!

Hello everyone! I bought one SE k608i few months ago and it works quite well, the only inconvenient for me, at least for the moment is that it seams to be impossible to select the network manually. So every time it goes on automatic. The phone is 3G but is draining out my battery. My question is whether changing the firmware will solve my problem too? Or if anybody has any other idea, I’m open to any suggestions. Btw can anybody tell how can I figure out what is my CID number. I’ll really appreciated. Those are my cell’s software info:
