Just called O2 to cancel my upgrade.

Spoken to cancellation department and they said if i send the phone back they would send me a new one out as "new ones are due in this week"

I said i was fed up with the service and wanted to send it back until it had stablised which she said was ok.....

So i am gonna give up on it....i think i might not bother with it again to be honest...i am going back to my S700i as primary phone and think i might wait until something more advanced (3mp camera?) is released....was hoping they might have announced a improved S700i

Just can't be bothered with the phone anymore....had it 3 weeks...wastn't the great phone i was hoping for....its creaky...don't like the 3 upper buttons, they feel weak...the camera isn't as fab as i was hoping for...

Does anyone have a good number for DHL to contact them??

Tried the numbers on their site as I wont be in until 5pm this week and wondered if they could deliver after that time?

All numbers just goto an automated area...

I received my order has despatched note from o2 just after 4pm. It first appeared on the DHL tracking a couple of hours later but that gap will vary dependant on how close your theoretical despatch time is (o2 piling them up to go) and your actual despatch time (DHL pick them up and it appearing on their tracking)

Ordered my O2 K750i Upgrade on Sat.11th June and was told that they were out of stock until Mon.20th.

I phoned customer services last night to see when they would be back in stock again. The bloke I spoke to said they did get a batch in on Monday and they were using these to clear the backlog of returns, upgrades and new contracts. He said if I was included in that backlog I should get my K750 in 2 days, if not, there would be more stock coming in and I would have to wait no longer than 7 days.

As of this morning my order is with the carrier and will be delivered shortly - Woohoo! Canny wait!

Cheers, Col.

@Joe9789

As is mine, I have managed to get it to freeze once but that was through frenetic button activity while viewing a picture, I have had no *touch wood* freezes on idle at all.

Anyway, I just happened to be reading the bugs thread and there someone stated they have had one that freezes all the time and a replacement that doesnt freeze at all, both the same overall firmware number, our firmware number !

So dont panic yet, the fault is/was more subtle than that, evidence to support this is the fact that they have had such a hard time sorting it out ! if it was just a single firmware revision they could have identified/replaced/recalled the relevant handsets and had done with it, not this fiasco !
